The new updated and expanded edition of a modern classic!

Synopsis

Time as we knew it is over. Screens have captured every moment of our attention, without giving us any kind of satisfaction in return.
Smart working is only making things worse, imposing an eternal connectivity that has killed the very concept of free time. Boredom – this important and subversive resource that everyone, from Satan to Mark Zuckerberg, aims to conquer – has thus disappeared, eclipsed. But it is out there somewhere, you just have to look for it.

This book, halfway between an essay and a practical manual for self-sabotage, will help you find it, through a series of tips and exercises. How to Get Bored Better is an invitation to regain control of your mind and your days.
Because when we lose boredom, ultimately, we lose ourselves.
