Moriremo tutti, ma non oggi. Romanzo
The literary revelation that celebrates being alive
Synopsis
Gilda is afraid of death, like everyone else. Except that she is also afraid of continuing to live, and all that this entails: managing a family that is incapable of dealing with problems. Or paying the bills. Or finally turning her relationship with Eleanor around.
When, somewhat by chance, she begins working as a secretary at St. Rigobert's Church, she discovers a new perspective on death and survival. There she will meet unforgettable people like the pastor Jeff, who cries in secret after every funeral; Giuseppe, a deeply unmotivated motivator, who calls her every night to ask her out on a date; an elderly woman, a cat lover, with whom she exchanges emails. People who life doesn't smile on more than it does on her, and who nevertheless continue to try.
Because one day we will all die, that's true. But not today.
